Okay, okay! I’ve been staring at this blank page for too long, too. Thank you for being here. I finally have a day off so today sees the maiden voyage of “Notes From Anna†(that’s me) where I plan to dispense handy tips, respond to your specific questions about ANYthing (the ‘comments’ section from my “Request Info†page should be back up any second now), share tidbits from recent weddings, and muse randomly in black and white. This is my public forum to opine on the rights and the wrongs of the world as well as all things wedding and more. Everybody has an opinion. I have dozens! And I just might print yours, as well.
Yesterday afternoon wedding—beautiful bridesmaids, gorgeous bride, all coming down the aisle with sweet, sweet bouquets all clutched tightly about their throats!! Brides! Do this–when the flowers are delivered on your wedding day, stand with your maids in front of a full-length mirror holding your bouquets. The bundle of the flowers should be at about waist level. I know it feels a little unnatural, but you paid good money for those gowns (and your photographer!). Don’t hide ‘em! Details, details, details…
